At The Tristan Project, we believe every child, teen, and family deserves access to mental health care and support — regardless of their unique story or situation.
We walk beside those who are hurting, helping to remove the barriers that prevent them from obtaining the crisis support and therapy assistance they need. Through faith, compassion, and community, we connect families to vital resources such as therapy, medication assistance, and life-changing support that foster healing and hope through Jesus.
We are also dedicated to prevention — reaching youth before they resort to self-medication or addiction as a way to cope with mental health struggles. Every conversation, every connection, and every act of love brings us one step closer to changing that story.
Reaching out for help takes courage — and it’s a step toward healing, not weakness.

Together, we can turn pain into purpose, break the stigma surrounding mental health, and remind you that you are never alone.
The Tristan Project
We understand that taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming — especially when factors like cost or access get in the way. That’s why we offer therapy assistance to help cover therapy copays and connect individuals and families with trusted, licensed counselors who specialize in crisis support for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and addiction prevention. Each counselor we partner with creates a compassionate, judgment-free environment where clients can process emotions, gain clarity, and begin their journey toward healing. Our goal is simple: to ensure that everyone — especially kids and teens — has access to mental health care and the chance to talk to someone who will listen, guide, and remind them they are not alone.
True healing often requires more than just conversation — sometimes it takes medical care, therapy assistance, or inpatient treatment.
We offer financial assistance for prescribed medications and crisis support programs to ensure that no one has to go without the mental health care they need due to financial barriers.
Our team collaborates closely with families and providers to find affordable, faith-led solutions that support mental wellness while also addressing the root causes of addiction and self-medication.
Healing begins when people feel supported — body, mind, and spirit — and we’re here to help make that possible.
Understanding what’s really going on is the first step toward healing—and prevention. Through our partnerships with licensed mental health professionals, we provide free mental health care evaluations for those in need. These screenings are essential for identifying emotional, behavioral, or psychological challenges early on and guiding families toward the appropriate next steps for therapy assistance or support. Early intervention is crucial in crisis support, as it saves lives. By making these evaluations accessible and judgment-free, we help families find clarity, connection, and hope before their struggles escalate into a crisis or lead to addiction.
Healing happens in community. Our support groups provide a safe, faith-filled space for individuals and families to come together, share their stories, and find comfort in knowing they aren’t alone. Each month, we gather to talk about mental health care, faith, grief, healing, and prevention—creating a place where people can be honest about their struggles without fear or shame. We emphasize the importance of crisis support, particularly in helping families and teens recognize the early signs of emotional pain or self-medication, reminding them that there is hope and help before addiction takes hold. For therapy assistance, follow our Facebook page for meeting dates, locations, and topics. You don’t have to face this alone—sometimes healing starts with simply showing up and being seen.
At the heart of everything we do is Jesus. We believe that true healing happens when faith and mental health care work hand in hand. Our team offers prayer, encouragement, and biblical guidance for anyone seeking peace, purpose, and strength in Christ. Whether you need crisis support, someone to pray with you, talk through a hard moment, or help you reconnect with your faith, we’re here to walk beside you with grace and compassion. We also understand that faith can be a powerful part of recovery and prevention, especially for those battling anxiety, grief, or the temptation to self-medicate. Through prayer and presence, we assist in therapy by reminding hearts that healing and freedom are always possible. "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." — Psalm 34:18
We’re passionate about breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and addiction — especially in our local schools, churches, and community spaces. Through outreach events, educational programs, and speaking engagements, we’re working to make it easier for families and young people to discuss mental health care and access therapy assistance before their struggles escalate into a crisis. We partner with community leaders, schools, and organizations that share our mission of bringing hope, education, and prevention to families in need. Every event is an opportunity to shine Tristan’s light a little brighter and remind others that crisis support is available, healing is possible, and no one ever has to fight alone.
You don’t have to walk this road alone. If you or someone you love needs support with therapy assistance, treatment, or prayer, fill out the form below — every message is kept confidential and handled with care.
