The Tristan Project: Your Partner in Faith & Mental Health

You Don’t Have to Struggle Alone

At The Tristan Project, we believe every child, teen, and family deserves access to mental health care and support — no matter their story or situation.

We walk beside those who are hurting, helping remove the barriers that keep them from getting the help they need. Through faith, compassion, and community, we connect families to therapy, medication assistance, and life-changing resources that bring healing and hope through Jesus.

We’re also passionate about prevention — reaching youth before they turn to self-medication or addiction as a way to cope with mental health struggles. Every conversation, every connection, and every act of love brings us one step closer to changing that story.

Take the First Step Today

What We Offer Through The Tristan Project

Therapy & Counseling Support

Medication & Treatment Assistance

Medication & Treatment Assistance

We understand that taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming — especially when cost or access gets in the way.
That’s why we help cover therapy copays and connect individuals and families with trusted, licensed counselors who specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and addiction prevention.
Each counselor we partner with provides a compassionate, judgment-free environment where clients can process emotions, gain clarity, and begin the journey toward healing.

Our goal is simple: to make sure everyone — especially kids and teens — has the chance to talk to someone who will listen, guide, and remind them they are not alone.

True healing often requires more than just conversation — sometimes it takes medical care, medication management, or inpatient treatment.

We offer financial assistance for prescribed medications and crisis treatment programs to make sure no one has to go without care because of financial barriers.

Our team works closely with families and providers to find affordable, faith-led solutions that support mental wellness while also addressing the root causes of addiction and self-medication.

Healing begins when people feel supported — body, mind, and spirit — and we’re here to help make that possible.

Free Mental Health Evaluations

Free Mental Health Evaluations

Understanding what’s really going on is the first step toward healing — and prevention.

Through our partnerships with licensed mental health professionals, we offer free mental health evaluations for those in need. These screenings help identify emotional, behavioral, or psychological challenges early on and guide families toward the right next steps for treatment or support.

Early intervention saves lives. By making these evaluations accessible and judgment-free, we’re helping families find clarity, connection, and hope before the struggle leads to crisis or addiction.

Monthly Support Groups

Healing happens in community.
Our support groups offer a safe, faith-filled space for individuals and families to come together, share their stories, and find comfort in knowing they aren’t alone.

Each month, we gather to talk about mental health, faith, grief, healing, and prevention — creating a place where people can be honest about their struggles without fear or shame.

We also focus on helping families and teens recognize the early signs of emotional pain or self-medication, reminding them that there is hope and help before addiction takes hold.

Follow our Facebook page for meeting dates, locations, and topics.
You don’t have to face this alone — sometimes healing starts with simply showing up and being seen.

Faith-Based Guidance & Prayer Support

Faith-Based Guidance & Prayer Support

At the heart of everything we do is Jesus.
We believe that true healing happens when faith and mental health care work hand in hand.

Our team offers prayer, encouragement, and biblical guidance for anyone seeking peace, purpose, and strength in Christ. Whether you need someone to pray with you, talk through a hard moment, or help you reconnect with your faith, we’re here to walk beside you with grace and compassion.

We also understand that faith can be a powerful part of recovery and prevention, especially for those battling anxiety, grief, or the temptation to self-medicate. Through prayer and presence, we help remind hearts that healing and freedom are always possible.

“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” — Psalm 34:18

Community Outreach & Education

Faith-Based Guidance & Prayer Support

Faith-Based Guidance & Prayer Support

We’re passionate about breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and addiction — especially in our local schools, churches, and community spaces.

Through outreach events, educational programs, and speaking engagements, we’re working to make it easier for families and young people to talk about mental health and reach out for help before the struggle becomes a crisis.

We partner with community leaders, schools, and organizations that share our mission of bringing hope, education, and prevention to families in need.

Every event is an opportunity to shine Tristan’s light a little brighter and remind others that help is available, healing is possible, and no one ever has to fight alone.
